1. INSURANCE DISCLAIMER
Taskclan does not insure or provide insurance against any losses sustained by Users. However, we aim to ensure all Users are satisfied with their experience. To support this goal, Taskclan has implemented the Assurance Commitment, a policy designed to address issues on a case-by-case basis and encourage continued use of the Taskclan Platform.
2. RESOLUTION OF ISSUES
If an issue arises during a task and Users are unable to resolve it independently, Taskclan may, at its sole discretion, offer certain reimbursements. This process is subject to the terms, exclusions, and limitations outlined in the Terms of Service and the Assurance Commitment. Please refer to the specific details of the Assurance Commitment applicable to your country or region.
PERSONAL INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS
If you carry insurance that may cover you in the event of a loss or claim, including but not limited to:
Renter’s insurance
Homeowner’s insurance
Medical insurance
Umbrella policy (“Personal Insurance”), you are required to seek compensation through your Personal Insurance first before requesting reimbursement through Taskclan’s Assurance Commitment. The Assurance Commitment will only cover losses to the extent that such losses are not already covered by your Personal Insurance.
SUBMISSION OF CLAIMS
To qualify for consideration under the Assurance Commitment:
1. All complaints must be submitted within fifteen (15) daysof the occurrence of the task giving rise to the claim.
2. Claims must include relevant details, such as task ID, evidence of the issue, and any communication between Users attempting to resolve the matter.
3. Taskclan reserves the right to request additional documentation as part of the claims evaluation process.
5. ASSURANCE COMMITMENT LIMITATIONS
Reimbursements under the Assurance Commitment are discretionary and are subject to the following limitations:
Taskclan does not guarantee reimbursement for any claims.
Taskclan reserves the right to deny claims if evidence is incomplete, inconsistent, or does not meet the Assurance Commitment criteria.
Reimbursements, if approved, will only address direct losses and will not include consequential, incidental, or punitive damages.
6. ADDITIONAL TERMS
By submitting a claim under this policy, Users agree to:
● Cooperate fully with Taskclan during the review and resolution process.
● Adhere to Taskclan’s Terms of Service and provide accurate information.
Taskclan reserves the right to update or amend this policy at any time to ensure fairness and alignment with platform standards.
